How To Claim

SIX STEPS

  1. Complete the questionnaire.
  2. If you have a potential claim complete your personal details
  3. We will send you a claim form pack to be completed and returned.
  4. On receipt of your documents we will assess the actual value of your claim
  5. We notify the lender of your claim and request payment
  6. If the claim is disputed we take whatever action is needed to obtain payment, this may be by way of court proceedings but usually it will be by reference to the Financial ombudsman service.

Every step of the way you will be kept informed of progress and our dedicated claims team is available to answer any questions you may have. We do not go through a claims handling middleman, you deal directly with us which means you get quick and accurate updates and advice, and there are no commission or referral fees to pay. As Lawyers we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority which ensures that we give you the best of service at all times.
